Overview

We are seeking a qualified professional with sales and management experience to lead a current sales staff, hire new sales staff, and bring new and proven sales strategies to our thriving company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage current sales team of 6 individuals.
  • Assist with development of inside and outside sales strategies.
  • Hire and train new sales reps across our company footprint.
  • Bring new and proven sales strategies and implement them to the team.
  • Assist with appointments, creating proposals, presenting to customers and supporting the team.
  • Use Sales Force and audit activities of the team. Meet weekly with CEO and CFO to discuss sales metrics and department performance.
  • Agreeable to travel through our territory (currently PA, NJ, NY and OH) to meet clients and staff.
  • Ability to perform the entire job scope of individuals that they are managing so that they can properly train and assist reps through the entire sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inside and outside sales.
  • Previous experience in management roll.
  • Previous experience in hiring.
  • Previous record of success in sales and management.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (SalesForce is a Plus)
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, organized and focused.
  • Technology background of at least 4 years.
  • Used to working with C-Level Executives and principal owners directly.
