Provide overall direction for one or more departments.

In CEO’s absence, may operate the facility within that capacity.

Collaborate with CEO to accomplish facility goals by aligning strategies.

Improve efficiency and quality in delivering quality healthcare services.

May recruit, train, and supervise staff members.

May assist with budgets and spending to ensure departments operates within funding limits.

May evaluate operational processes by analyzing business objectives and patient needs.
