Overview
Office Manager / Bookkeeper
- Must work 5 days a week in the office
- Order any and all supplies on Staples, Amazon, etc.
- Able to price compare and find best pricing to order with approval from Controller
- Answering phones and forwarding accordingly
- Checking voicemails daily and providing necessary responses
- Greeting visitors
- Approve Insertion Orders in CRM System
- Able to lift small or light boxes
- Deposit all checks into the bank using remote scanner or driving to the bank if necessary
- Communicate with building maintenance for any office issues
Qualifications
- Must have a reliable car to travel to Post Office daily for mail
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, general computer knowledge, and CRM knowledge
- Prior experience in office administration is preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
