We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Develop vision and operating structure (people, process and technology) for the function.
  • Refine Roles and Responsibilities, hire talent accordingly, train, coach and mentor your team and help them grow their skills and careers.
  • Enhance our customer management methodologies to improve the quality and reduce and cost of managing our customers.
  • Develop smart segmentation of our customers for effective management.
  • Ensure the most effective and efficient communications channels are set with customers to best service their needs. Define the right technologies, processes and people to operate them.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of operations experience
  • Five or more years of supervisory/management experience
