ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary responsibilities of this position are to document and establish processes for menu development, menu

creativity, culinary practices, and overall brand standards of all Postino WineCafes within the company.

. Requirements:

  • The position requires 1-3 years of multi-unit Kitchen Management and 3-5 years of full-service restaurant Kitchen Manager/ Executive Chef experience or equivalent experience. Internal candidates must be in good standing and free of performance issues within 1-year time-period. Combined work experience and education will be considered in decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred. Culinary certifications and education is heavily considered.
  • State Food Handler’s Management Certification is required
