We are seeking a Patient, Visitor, and Employee Screening Supervisor to:

Supervise the daily operations of entrance screening staff.
Train and coordinate staff, review employee performance, and apply UW Health work standards to daily operations.
Oversee the education of staff, including competency assessments and ongoing education.
Monitor policy and procedure updates applicable to entrance screening staff. Education:

Minimum Bachelors degree or four years experience in lieu of degree.

Work Experience:

Minimum Three (3) years of supervisory experience.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate. Physical Requirements:

Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Daytime hours. Schedule may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
