Overview

The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford is accepting applications for Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Director of Athletics and Recreational Sports. Duties: Coordinate all aspects of the university’s 15 Division III intercollegiate programs, including, but not limited to, managing all routine functions of the office and providing administrative support to the director and staff; assisting with planning and management of special events and programs; and successfully completing other office duties as assigned. Ability to work nontraditional business hours at various times of the year. Requirements: High school diploma or GED and 3-5 years’ related experience. Associate degree or completion of a business program preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted for the educational requirement. Excellent computer skills and experience in using computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher. Must possess a strong sense of professionalism and have excellent grammar, proofreading, and oral and written communication skills.
