As the Director of Growth and Enrollment,you will provide creative, thoughtful solutions that advance the Level2 experiencedriving adoption, engagement and retention. You will be responsible for achievingsustainable growth in our membership base by obsessing about data and memberfeedback alike to improve specific growth metrics, always with a user-centeredmindset. You’ll identify opportunities for growth and work with the broaderproduct team to accelerate the member journey, reduce friction, and buildinnovative experiences and product improvements. The Director of Growth andEnrollment is a key role on the product team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ownthe enrollment and onboarding consumer experience, with accountability forstrategy and execution

  • Designan intuitive user onboarding experience

  • Responsiblefor consumer funnel management, continuously iterating to add more to top offunnel and eliminate points of leakage

  • Usesystems-wide design thinking to find levers we can pull to drive growth andengagement

  • Identifyopportunities, design and iterate to increase points of access, reduce time toprogram engagement and deliver value to members from their first interactionwith Level2

  • Balancemember insights, business needs and technical constraints to produce solutions

  • Iterateand pivot quickly based on learnings and constraints to continuously find newpaths to growth

  • Identifypartners and business opportunities that will create new channels into Level2

  • Establishand analyze key acquisition and retention metrics to improve funnel performance

  • Asnecessary, own a development team’s priorities and supply them with use cases,business requirements, and personas that reflect experience goals

  • Rapidlyproduce concepts and prototypes, authoring conceptual diagrams, site maps, userflows and personas

  • Championconsumer experience best practices from healthcare and non-healthcareindustries

  • Ensurelegal and regulatory compliance in a healthcare environment that includeshighly-sensitive Personal Health Information

  • Moveseamlessly between managing an overall consumer experience framework anddetailed requirements identification and gathering

  • Workcollaboratively with marketing to ensure onboarding journeys are aligned withconsumer acquisition strategies

  • Stayon top of industry standards and new opportunities to advise on new ways to engagetargets

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, consumer experience strategy, funnel management or similar; ideally at consumer-focused, digital companies

  • Deep understanding of acquisition and retention KPIs and complex funnels

  • Excellent balance of quantitative skills and consumer experience vision

  • Comfort creating user flows and wire frames to build user interface mockups and prototypes

  • Experience working with cross-functional product teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Can draw insights and unique acumen from data and analysis

  • Ability to break down problems in a logical yet creative manner

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and hypothesis-driven approaches

  • Comfortable starting with a blank slate and defining an approach with minimal direction

  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

  • Highly collaborative work style with strong interpersonal, project management and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to think creatively and comfort being hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with frequently changing priorities

  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas, In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on a growth team

  • Familiarity with common product development tools and concepts (i.e. wire framing, prototyping, A/B testing and agile development methods)

  • Strong portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrate experience crafting engaging, interactive digital interfaces
