Our client is a boutique, professional CPA and financial consulting firm dedicated to helping their clients reach business goals. They offer professional services for tax strategy development, outsourced and contract accounting, financial audits, and strategic business planning. Our client specializes in real estate, owner managed business and the oil and gas segments.

The Office Manager will wear many hats and need to be comfortable acting as a “catch-all” for the business. They will perform duties within human resources, operations, IT (minimal), project management, and communications.


  • Evaluate bills and “reclass” expenses as well as approve deposits
  • Perform weekly production analysis
  • Act as a key point of contact and project manager for clients which includes answering billing questions, managing budgets, and staying on top of all client communication
  • Perform new client screening and conduct initial interviews
  • Full cycle recruiting for spring and fall interns
  • Problem solve IT issues as they arise to the best of ability
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and updating social media and website as needed
  • Oversee office organization as needed (back up H drive, outlook, and file cabinets)
  • Other ad hoc duties and projects as necessary


  • Minimum three years operations (or relevant work experience) required
  • Knowledge and experience with financial terms and principles preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills required. (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Possess acute attention to detail
  • Organizational and efficiency skills a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective at multi-tasking
  • Interact effectively with all levels of the organization
