Director of Recruiting has great knowledge and experience in full-cycle recruiting as well as the awareness and understanding of the homecare job market needs and trends. This person will develop and execute comprehensive recruiting plans to attract and hire the best talent by proactively networking and sourcing qualified talent.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements as well as streamlining and overseeing the onboarding process
  • Own full-cycle recruiting process and improvements for the company
  • Collaborates with key functional and operations leaders to fully understand hiring objectives, and provide service with a consultative approach
  • Helps develop and drive sourcing processes and strategies to identify top talent, utilizing traditional and innovative sources
  • Develops the strategic direction of the workforce, examining hiring trends and anticipating the organization’s response to labor market changes, such as shortages and surpluses
  • Establish a consistent company recruitment presence at key industry conferences, professional associations, and local colleges


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Healthcare, or similar degree is preferred
  • Minimum of five years of talent acquisition/recruiting/onboarding experience
  • Advanced skills in full-cycle recruitment, including pre-screening, behavioral interviewing, and selection techniques
  • Experience in and success utilizing creative recruiting strategies like social media for sourcing talent, career fairs, networking events, etc.
  • Knowledge in other areas of human resources is preferred which includes: compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR compliance, HR laws, etc.
