TOP Consulting is looking for a Product Team Patient Engagement Business Analyst to join our team. Qualified candidates should be able to perform complex consulting, gather client requirements and perform workflow analysis, as well as complex problem resolution. Working within a team of IT professionals to design, develop, maintain, test and support IT applications critical to our client’s IT projects.
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze user requirements
  • Create functional specifications
  • Design modifications and new functionality as appropriate
  • Deepen functional understanding of customer’s business process
  • Facilitate business process reengineering
  • Document business processes
  • Create and maintain all necessary documentation and training materials
  • Respond to client requests and inquiries, as appropriate
  • Determine test approach for testing stages
  • Develop test plan and test scripts for all testing stages
  • Execute and Verify testing
  • Resolve testing issues and correct defects
  • Document any testing issues and resolutions
  • Adhere to methodology and process standards
  • Ensure systems meet functional and technical standards
  • Identify improvements for processes, standards, deliverables, etc.
  • Escalate issues when required
  • Provide status updates as warranted
  • Contribute to the development and execution of training materials
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Dedicated to exemplary customer service


  • 5+ years working as an IT Business Analyst
  • Product Team Patient Engagement experience
  • 3+ years healthcare experience
  • 5+ years supporting business applications, documenting business processes, and designing application solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science


  • Leadership capabilities with proven success in project execution
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various levels within all departments of the organization and facilitate meetings with a business and a technical audience
  • Business process and technical writing experience
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an effective communication style
  • Demonstrated deep experience with software application lifecycle methods, processes and tools
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Travel may be required
