The Technical Business Analyst will support the Theory and Helmut Lang Ecommerce platforms, ensuring that all aspects of the Digital Platform are complete and documented. They will also contribute to the evolution of the platform, new functionalities and systems components. They are expected to stay abreast of Ecommerce and digital trends as well as new technologies that enable excellence in customer service and business value delivery.


  • Work with project stakeholders to understand, collect and record requirements.
  • Research and analyze proposed solutions for completeness and compatibility with existing solutions and systems.
  • Provide functional guidance and technical support to the Ecommerce team regarding fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Coordinate and escalate as needed within the cross functional IT organization
  • Document all projects, processes and technical configurations extensively
  • Ensure communication with other IT areas: SCM, Infrastructure and Business Intelligence
  • Assist the Director of Consumer-Facing Systems as needed


  • 3+ year experience with Ecommerce and Digital systems (CRM, ecommerce Platforms, Digital Merchandising and Fulfillment)
  • Bachelor degree with a focus in Business Administration, IT or related field
  • Ability to communicate with senior leadership
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills
  • Excellent project & budget management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace, ever changing environment
  • Proactively solve problems and effectively manage multiple workstreams
  • SFCC experience preferred
