Role Purpose:

The Senior Analyst, Talent Management and Engagement supports the design and delivery of an integrated talent management and employee experience programs. This includes leading organizational-wide programs and projects on performance management, employee engagement, succession planning and inclusion. This incumbent is also accountable for identifying continuous improvements in our processes and systems to enhance the teammate experience as well as maintain related documents, policies and training resources for these programs.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director, Talent Management and Organizational Development;

Provide end to end program support, including governance, reporting, administration and HRBP support of the Woodbridge talent management programs such as employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, etc.
Consult with HR and leaders to provide guidance in the areas of talent management to address critical roles for the business, suggest innovative ideas for talent attraction and retention
Accountable for driving talent retention strategies and for conducting all exit interviews as required by the business
Responsible for designing, administering and reporting all employee listening surveys
Provide all support and administration for succession planning
Support the performance calibration process as part of the performance management process
Accountable for the administration and reporting on talent management including talent scorecards and talent calibration.
Review, develop, implement and maintain, talent management policies, standards, guidelines, training and resources.
Lead the tracking, reporting for the engagement survey to engage, enable, and empower all employees.
Support the program enhancements for performance management this includes developing and implementing a capability/competency framework and developing tools and resources to support Manager’s with performance management.
Develop processes and tools to support the development of individuals, including Individual Development Plans and customized plans for critical roles.
Provide subject matter expertise related to employee experience as issues/escalations arise.
Provide project leadership/coordination support for Talent Management organization-wide initiatives. This includes developing project plans, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful completion.
Works as a project team member as required.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate Degree (Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Development or equivalent)
Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) preferred.
3-5 years HR generalist experience in a complex, union/non-union environment.
3-5 years supporting talent management strategies and programs.
2-3 years project management experience. Experience/advanced knowledge in talent management programs (end to end talent management, performance management, engagement, and recognition).
Demonstrated ability to design and implement large scale survey programs.
Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing competency/capability frameworks.
Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation.
Experience and skills in leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated experience leading large scale and complex projects and initiatives.
Excellent ability to make recommendations based on research, best practice, and interpretation of data analysis.
Strong planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven program and process design ability.
Excellent interpersonal, influence and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities.
Advanced capability in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, MS Project.
Strong technical skills and understanding of HR systems/solutions (e.g. SuccessFactors, Learning Management systems)
Strong customer service-orientation.
Innovative and results-oriented.
Highly capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel on occasion.
Works as a project team member as required.
Proven program and process design ability.
Excellent interpersonal, influence and communication (verbal and written) skills.
