Currently seeking an Office Manager for a full-time permanent position in SOUTH EASTON, MA. This client of ours offers longevity and seeks a qualified candidate to join their close knit team!Benefits include health and dental insurance, long and short term disability, sick pay and a great 401K that has company matching up to 5%Responsibilities:-Process payroll utilizing online payroll systems-Work closely with employees during the annual open enrollment of insurances-Monitor Accounts Receivable and provide assistance when needed-Reconcile bank accounts-Perform some HR tasks such as writing job postings, handle terminations, and arranging interviewsRequirements:-Minimum of 5 years administration or similar experience-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel-Recent experience with an online payroll system such as Paychex or ADP-Previous experience with an accounting softwareHOURS: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-FridaySALARY: Up to $73, 000/year with the potential for company bonusesTracking
