POSITION SUMMARY

The administrative assistant position is responsible for overall office support which will include ordering supplies, scanning documents, sending out documents, data entry, intake/processing mail and delivery, records management and back-up and support for minor accounting functions, and overall administrative support to the staff.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates overall administrative activities for the office.
Provide administrative support to all staff personnel.
Point person on planning and coordination of team meetings and activities.
Proficient in prioritizing multiple deadline-oriented tasks and in supporting several different roles in the office.
Participates as needed in assigned department projects.

Required Skills & Education

Administrative experience
Strong proficiency with MS Office including high proficiency/expertise in Word
Experience working with Excel and Adobe X including accurately filling PDF forms
Hospitable, warm, and personable
Reliability
Adaptability
Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of client organizations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task
Problem Solving Skills

Pay Rate: $15.00-16.00, depending on experienceTracking
