Genesys Call Center Engineer t

Requirement around Genesys Pure Cloud. Customer is migrating from Pure Connect to Pure Cloud. Resources (Solution Architects, Implementation Engineers, Development Architect) will be responsible for:

– High Level & Low Level technical designs

– Genesys Cloud Setup & Configuration

– IVR & Routing Call flow designs

– Development of call flows & Routing strategies using Genesys Architect tool

– Project duration is 1 year

– Remote with travel to site in NJ

– Start Date – Dec to Jan 21.
