What You’ll Do as an Automotive Sales Manager

  • Develops the Sales team with one on one meetings, daily feedback and professional development
  • Manages the Sales team, ensuring sales and performance goals are met
  • Observing the Sales floor to ensure every customer is having a remarkable experience
  • Be the main communication link between the Sales staff and Sales support departments

What You’ll Need as Automotive Sales Manager

  • Proven record of leading a sales team and creating remarkable experiences for their customers and employees (at least 2 years)
  • Someone that can develop their team to believe that more is possible, because it is
  • Have the ability to make a positive impact with every interaction for customers and their team
  • Hold the sales team accountable to the customer and each other
