This position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 1-Hr Lunch + Overtime (when necessary)

Responsibilities:

  • Electronic submission of client applications (great attention to detail)
  • Data entry
  • Customer service/client relations – managing incoming calls & customer service inquiries
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Making sure pending requirements for policies are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner

. Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in insurance is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
  • Able to handle monotonous tasks
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong ability to follow instructions
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Detail oriented
  • Active listening skills
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat and general office equipment
  • Minimum 40 WPM typing skill set
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills – composing grammatically correct e-mails
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
