Our company, Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3), is growing and looking to fill an opening out of our office in Detroit, MI (Must sit onsite) .

This is a full time, permanent role with S3 and we are looking for a Time entry Analyst. You would be eligible for a nice base salary, as well as full benefits including medical, dental, PTO, paid holidays, etc.

Job Description: Timer Entry Analyst

Make sure timesheet hours are correctly entered or uploaded for each consultant weekly. Ensure the hours get approved by the client. This includes meeting a weekly payroll run deadline, and two semi-monthly payroll deadlines.

* Weekly payroll hours must be in by COB every Monday or at the latest 10am Tuesday morning
* Login into each customer’s tool to enter/upload hours into TB
* Reconcile each customer’s timesheet report to our Branch Detailed report.

Zero hour report is run for each customer to work so we can reach out to each consultant

* Calling, emailing (consultants) and reaching out to the BA’s for assistance (if necessary)

Follow-up with consultants who have missing timesheets

* Sometimes more than one attempt

Enter holiday pay, PTO/sick time for consultants.

* Verify with consultant payroll availability

Communicate with the consultants any payroll adjustments.

Answer questions from the consultant regarding PTO/sick benefits, and answer any questions about things like their timesheet submittal process, any issues they may be having with the VMO site, extensions, etc.

* This may require reaching out to Consultant Payroll
* May have to reach out to the branch/BA

Answer questions from consultants about their pay check. If we do not have the answer, we work with the Consultant Payroll team to provide the answer.

Questions from consultants regarding their health benefits and/or 401K connect them with the right department.

If consultants lock themselves out of the VMS tool, we may have to reset their password if we have the ability to or reach out to the branch for assistance.

We work with the S3 invoicing team in regards to why a payment is missing or short.

We may have to go in the VMS tool to make timesheet adjustments or credit/debit memos

If there is no payment for a timesheet, we communicate with someone from the client-side to find out why, and find out how to correct it so it will be approved and paid out.

Organize monthly timesheets/approvals to give to the Invoicing team, so they can proceed and invoice the client.

Run Unbilled Report to make sure no items go unpaid by the client.

Make sure final hours are entered into T&B for consultants that term off cycle. Work with branch to make sure final hours will be approved.

* We make sure that if it’s a state that requires immediate payout, that we reach out to the branch/consultant to get hours in so we are compliant
