StevenDouglas is a 36-year-old Staffing Firm in search of an Experienced Agency IT Staffing Recruiter in the DC Metro area (Northern VA, MD, DC) to source and recruit IT candidates to fill our MANY contract and direct permanent roles with our clients.
HQ’d in Florida and continuing to expand our presence in the DC Metro area – this is a great time to get in on the ground floor and help us grow our DC practice.. We give you the tools to focus 100% on finding local candidates in order to earn a six-figure income!
We offer a competitive base salary plus a generous and uncapped commission structure. Additionally, you will be working alongside a local team of highly experienced and successful IT Staffing professionals who, are excellent at finding and managing client relationships in order for our recruiters to efficiently and effectively place their candidates. We also have several long standing relationships with trusted clients – candidate delivery is our strong suit and our clients love us for that!
