Provides wide range of admin / clerical support to Exec Dir & other mgmt staff, supervision of receptionists & front office, and support for board meetings & other business; coordinates compliance with required standards & town funding; participates in organizing agency events & activities; maintains files of grants / contracts & other key documents; fills in for admin staff as needed; and serves on agency Leadership Team. Requires: HS diploma & min. 3 years exp in related field in mgmt office with admin & preferably supervisory responsibilities; fast, accurate keyboarding & proficiency in MS Office apps; good communication, organizational, & interpersonal skills, & attention to detail; ability to work well independently and in teams, and with diverse individuals & groups; and flexible schedule.
