Basic Function

This is the entry level position of LTL Coordinator, which is primarily responsible for the managing of customer accounts in all aspects of Supply Chain Management and to maximize the productivity and efficiency of SAN carriers. The core responsibilities of this role are tracking, tracing, customer services, and monitoring pickups/deliveries. This position has a great room of growth.


  • Communicate directly with customers & agents to support supply chain-related transactions
  • Schedule pickups & deliveries, communicate with all involved to help meet customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with quality carriers
  • Select qualified carriers to help meet customer service levels
  • Provide solutions and problem solving when issues
  • Manage daily email communication internally and with customers
  • Tracking and tracing of shipments while providing customers with live updates
  • Pick and pack small trade show orders as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Special projects as assigned

. Requirements:

Experience and Education

  • 1+ years of industry experience with FTL preferred; will train the right candidates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

Physical Job Requirements

Sedentary role with a fast-paced work environment. Open floor plan with moderate noise. Must be able to use a computer and phone to conduct business. This includes the ability to use hands, talk, see, and hear.
