How you will have an impact:

Customer Support serves as both the eyes and ears of the organization as well as the first impression that customers will have when interacting with our company. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, through various support channels, in a manner that delivers an exceptional experience for every customer who interacts with the support team. Additionally, you must remain vigilant and keep a close eye on patterns and trends that when identified can guide the rest of the organization in our shared mission to deliver products that our customers love.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day responsibilities include many of the following:

  • Written communication with customers across various support systems.

  • Phone support communication.

  • Willingness and ability to encapsulate customer feedback and insight from all systems into concise data points that can be shared throughout the team.

  • Provide relevant feedback to Management regarding efficacy of certain communication strategies, and all other insights gathered during your work.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of organizational goals and keep track of progress.

  • Appearing on and participating in video calls with other team members, and sometimes customers.

What you should know:

  • Strong aptitude for technology and consumer electronics.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience working in customer support at a consumer-facing business.

  • Excellence in both written and verbal communication.

  • Proven ability to work with little oversight in a work-from-home environment.
