The Front Desk Agent provides superior guest service and maintains complete knowledge of all hotel features, services and hours of operation, as well as local information and directions for our guests. Main duties include: Checks guests in upon arrival; Checks guests out upon departure; Processes all payments according to established hotel requirements; Makes room reservations over the phone; Provides information and services to guests and visitors; Assists with luggage; Delivers essential items to guest rooms. Work shifts vary between the hours of 7am 11pm and 11pm until 7am every day of the year, including holidays.Tracking
