SCS Management offers high-performing and motivated AA’s an accelerated upward career trajectory towards a Community Manager role through our Management Training Program. Ideal candidates will be motivated, hardworking, and ambitious. DutiesThe Administrative Assistant will possess a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively prioritize, manage and achieve results while handling multiple issues and projects. Strong customer service, computer and organizational skills required, perform all other office tasks as needed. Must be detail and deadline oriented and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Duties include but not limited to:Working closely with Community Association Manager, Board Members and Service Providers in the day to day operations of the Association to ensure all deadlines are being metHandling a high volume of inbound phone calls and emails; ensure they are handled timely and in a courteous mannerCoordinating deadlines with other team membersPreparing monthly meeting packets, coordination of location and/or virtual informationOrganizing annual meetings from securing location, follow up with Board Members, sending meeting notices, preparing handouts and presentation documentsOverseeing Association property value and taxes to ensure all Association owned property is included and at the proper tax valueCoordinate and send E-Blasts and general mailings with Manager and AssociationAssist Manager in the bid process as requested by AssociationCoordinate and follow up on work orders for Service ProvidersOther duties as assignedRequirementsThe Administrative Assistant will have: Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer serviceTime management, ability to prioritize and multitaskStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsWork independently with various interruptionsAbility to adapt to technology and workflow changesAbility to work extended hours as needed (virtually and in person)Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsNice To HavesKnowledge of Property Management, Community Management, and/or Homeowner AssociationBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Insurance, and 401(k)Paid PTO$16/Hour
