1) Data entry/Job costing
2) AIA billing experience.
3) Quickbooks experience and some type of construction software experience
2) Reconciling accounts
3) Email correspondence between subcontractors and clients
4) Dealing with direct customer contact as they come into the office
5) Paralegal experience a plus
6) Vendor management for insurances, etc.
7) Permitting, NOC, NTO’s
8) Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
9) Keep front office organized
10) Track expenses, budget, cash flow, receipts & other financial dealings of company & provide weekly reports.
11) Payroll thru quickbooks.
12) Project coordinating
13) Accounts receivable and accounts payable
15)1 week Paid time off, Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Labor day
