Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator / Administrative

Duration: 3 Months / Could possible extend

Tentative Start Date: 02/01/2021

Location: Peoria, IL 61605

Pay Rate: 12.00/hr

Hours: Monday – Friday / 8:30am to 5:00pm

Job Description:

1) Data Entry Clerk performs general data entry tasks and basic analysis 2) Collects and organizes source documents 3) Verifies work for accuracy and updates documents 1) Data entry skills 2) Organizational skills 3) Ability to follow direction 4) Basic computer skills High school degree or equivalent 0-2 yrs. of work experience

Provides excellent customer service to our internal and external customers which include, but are not limited to donors, sponsors and departmental staff. The ability to multi task in a fast pace and ever-changing environment.
Support marketing promotional campaigns through modifications, including but not limited to donor feedback activities, data initiatives, and/or special projects.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures, Safety Quality Identity Potency Purity (SQUIPP), regulations outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other applicable Federal, state and local regulations.
Responsibilities –
Support all BioMed customers through multiple channels – Including but not limited to –

• Database maintenance
• Direct mail
• Email
• Modifications/Data Entry
• Scheduling appointments
• Text response to cancelling an appointment
• Merges – combining donor contacts and profiles
• etc..
Operational and Administrative Support
• Operational support and administrative duties using one or multiple systems with little supervision
• Exercising confidentiality, independent discretion, and judgment.
• Training as necessary.
• Receive customer communications nationwide. Resolve customer issues directly and/or work with any internal team member to escalate and resolve issues quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide excellence customer service during any touch point with donors, sponsors or internal team members.

*During training – Time off will not be approved. It is imperative that you are here during ALL necessary training.

Qualifications
• High school diploma, specialized business, or secretarial/administrative training required or equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of related customer service work experience
• Computer skill proficiency, including knowledge of word processing, Excel spreadsheet and database applications, website/internet tools and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Experience (CRM) Customer Relationship Management marketing organizations preferred.
