If you have experience with full-cycle recruiting and have supported a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology, this Human Resources Recruiter position could be for you. Your responsibilities in this role:- Administering interviews- Making use of digital recruiting resources- Formulating and posting job opportunity advertisements- Implementing various administrative duties- Helping with new-full-time onboarding paperwork/orientations- Formulating internal recommendations- Supplying and screening candidates through various sources and platformsRequirementsQualifications:- At least 1-2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience- 1+ years’ experience with sourcing- Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals- Ability to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity- Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects- Capable in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)- Foundational knowledge in Recruiting Functions- Recruiting experience- Demonstrated knowledge of Volume Recruiting- Adeptness in sourcing recruitment- Proficiency in Recruiting Efforts- Knowledge of Recruiting ActivitiesTo be considered for the role you must have an active profile set up with Robert Half OfficeTeam – please contact Madison at and we will coordinate a time with you for a registration interview.
