DescriptionOpportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant!We currently have an open position for a focused and dedicated Executive Assistant who is interested in working for an aviation supplier in the Broomfield area part-time. In this role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties for the company’s CEO. Do you love mail merging, pivot tables and presentation design? Are you extremely organized and considered the “planner” of your friends and family? Then we have a position for you.Job Duties include:Providing Administrative Support to CEO- Scheduling appointments, calendar events, updating reminders and to do lists- Prepare for board meetings- Assist with preparing proposals and following up on the sales process- Monitor and organizing email correspondence (creating files, prioritizing emails, and keeping contacts up to date)- Prepare sales and expense reports- Make travel arrangements- Misc. research projectsAdditionally, you will assist the Director of Marketing with: – Mass Mailings- Email blasts- Creating and maintaining mailing lists – Website maintenance Misc duties: – Answer/scree/direct phone calls- Google point person for office staff- Maintain petty cash- Back-up for preparing quotesThis person should be extremely professional. a problem solver, and someone who takes initiative to be proactive and anticipate needs.
