DescriptionOfficeTeam in Fort Worth is partnering with a growing and prominent company looking for a Customer Support Specialist with AVL experience! This person will serve as the initial point of contact for clients experiencing issues with their AVL systems and also provides administrative support for the internal staff. Customer Support Technical Administrator will be responsible for: + Provide an effortless service experience for clients+ Proactively communicate and engage with clients; provide initial troubleshooting and issue resolution for clients+ Process the repair, bench testing, and return of products to clients+ Open, quote, manage, close and invoice work orders (WO) + Answers the phones + Ensures ? 95% of all WO’s are acted upon in some capacity within 48 hours+ Closes and prepares invoices for completed WOs within 48 hours of WO completion+ Coordinate with customers and notify other departments of customer’s requests and concerns; follow up with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction+ Notifies specific sales team members of concerns with a client before client has opportunity to contact the sales teamRequirementsIf you have at least 2 years of technical support or Customer Service Experience and experience with AVL, please apply today!
