The Treasury Analyst will primarily focus on the accurate and timely execution of cash flow financial statements, treasury activities including end to end bank account management, managing movement of funds and approvals, and more. In addition, the Treasury Analyst will provide support resolution to Finance Leadership on several areas including, unreconciled cash entries, statement of cash-flow preparation, Balance Sheet preparation and year-end closings.If you are interested in this unique and exciting role, please apply online now or call Emily Whalen at for more information!Your Daily Responsibilities:- Manage end to end Bank Account process for over 40+ banking partners, which includes opening and closing of bank accounts, completion of all regulatory and legal documents and updating data on the internal banking depository system- Prepare quarterly Electronic Bank review for all banking partners- Provide expertise and support to financial leadership on unreconciled cash entries, Cashflow Rolling Estimate, Balance Sheet exposure and Year-end forms- Manage movement of funds and local investments as per direction of Corporate Treasury- Prepare and approval of Manual Payment Requests- Coordinate regional bank cert updates with external banks- Prepare and submit RFF to Corporate Treasury- Support global initiatives related to process improvementsRequirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required- 1+ years of working experience, preferably in a Treasury Finance function – Demonstrated effective influencing to adopt change initiatives- Ability to convert general data and findings into specific, actionable recommendations.- Experience working within a complex team environment is highly desirable.
