Summary
We are a top tier professional North American distributor of industrial supplies and are opening up a brand new facility. You will be responsible for performing an array of administrative and operational functions.
Responsibilities:
Assist with managing the office and administration
Answer and route phone calls
Meet and greet visitors/deliveries, etc.
Assist the logistics and inventory tracking;
Assist the manager with billing;
Perform various administrative and special projects
Requirements:
Degree strongly preferred beyond high school diploma
Experience in Warehouse, Manufacturing or Logistics strongly preferred
Excellent phone and customer services skills a MUST, Professional
Detail-oriented
Strong organizational, and time management skills
Dependable and Reliable
