**This position requires you to be on-site at our Little Rock, AR location. This is NOT a remote work position.**

The Business Intelligence SQL Developer is responsible for building, implementing, and supporting business intelligence solutions. The right individual will possess experience in all stages of BI project work (requirements and logical design, physical design, implementation, testing, and deployment). The developer will also need a firm grasp of BI implementation methodologies and in-depth professional experience in the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, MSSQL, and Excel).


  • Development and implementation of new ETL processes to extract data from various systems and load into the Riggs BI Reporting Database
  • Support, monitor, and make recommendations for BI infrastructure
  • Create and maintain documentation related to the BI infrastructure
  • Monitor and administer Riggs’s Tableau Server
  • Create, publish, and maintain data sources supporting self-service data analytics



  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 or more years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (education may be waived due to on the job experience)
  • 3+ years of Business Intelligence experience
  • 3+ years of database design or integration experience with SQL Server databases (2014+)
  • Professional experience developing complex ETL processes, designing/developing logical and physical database models, and developing complex queries using T-SQL
  • Business awareness and numerical ability.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and be self-directed
  • Proficient in using analytical tools and instruments
  • Ability to estimate tasks accurately and meet agreed upon deadlines
