The Transformation Office Driver is a thought leader that acts on behalf of the business owner to quickly assess strategy and deliver an effective tactical plan to deliver on that strategy.Qualified candidates must have a background focused on significant operational and system enterprise transformation in Healthcare Payer or Provider processes. Successful candidates will be business relationship leaders responsible for overall delivery & transformation across a large portfolio of programs & projects.location: Kansas City, Missourijob type: Contractwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelorsresponsibilities:+ Develop strategic vision, goals, and plans focused on a DevOps culture of automation first to achieve the greatest impact on the assigned line of business.+ Ensure that resources supporting and involved with the Transformation Office efforts have a “single source of truth,” a clear view into the transformation pipeline, and a central record of the progress of each initiative owner (thus reinforcing performance accountabilities).+ Champion business outcomes and drives their respective transformation efforts across the organization.+ Foster and reinforce a results-driven, fiscally responsible, transformation culture in regular Group & Executive meetings, during strategic and diagnostic discussions, and across all organizational communications.+ Drive efforts of Program Managers and track action items and remove impediments to achieve outcomes with a pragmatic and level-headed approach.+ Provide clear, concise, relevant information regarding complex tactical or strategic efforts.+ Partner with IT, BA’s, PM’s, and other stakeholders on carryover projects from several cornerstone programs.+ Set schedules and develops key metrics to track and report outcomes.+ Raise issues with stakeholders and works with owners and executives to achieve buy-in on decision and direction.qualifications:+ Experience level: Experienced+ Minimum 7 years of experience+ Education: Bachelorsskills:+ Governance (5 years of experience is required)+ Process Improvement (5 years of experience is required)+ Process Modeling (5 years of experience is required)+ Project Strategy (5 years of experience is required)+ ROI Analysis (5 years of experience is required)Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.Tracking
