Our version will showcase the DevOps work going on around KP with an emphasis on a few key areas that will allow attendees to dive deeper into the tough issues challenging their DevOps and agile practices. The outcome will be to encourage more dev teams and senior leaders to invest in transforming their teams to this model, using the enablement team as a catalyst for support. This person will either be co-leading this effort in partnership with me.We will also have a team of support, including a graphic artist so this person would need to have a visual sensibility, but not necessarily need:+ Organizational Change Management Communications focus transitioning teams. As part of our business case, we intend to help 5 teams transform themselves into a rudimentary DevOps team (aka start their journey).+ I am looking for someone who can help me with a strategic communications lens to plan what the audiences will need at the different stages of their journey. I will be leading the OCM efforts for these teams, but am looking to supplement my team of one with a strong communicator so that I can focus on the other aspects of OCM. Though this can take many forms,+ I am envisioning this as a templatized approach that this person will create and leverage as we roll out to more and more teams.+ Awareness Campaign Communications broader KPIT awareness. The part will be to refine and execute on a general awareness campaign to bring understanding of the DevOps enablement team, the practice in general, and the total benefits. This has already begun, but I feel a dedicated eye will give it quite a bit more sparkle. The outcome of this will be interest and involvement for teams to raise their hands to becoming part of the transitional work (#2) in 2020.+ DevOps Training Resource Awareness broader KPIT awareness. Develop and execute on a general awareness campaign to bring awareness to the technical training resources available to employees The outcome of this will be increased usage of the training resources.This position will:+ Partner with a project manager and the technical and business delivery teams to stand up a CX (Customer Experience) platform in one or more regions.
