The primary functions and background required of the candidate are listed below: • Knowledge and experience with consumer credit bureau reporting and/or associated laws (FCRA, FACTA) and processes. • Experience with FCRA Reasonable Investigation requirements and processes for credit bureau reporting disputes. • Experience effectively analyzing and creating Business Requirement Documents and/or Plain Business Language for technology requirements or data/reporting requirements.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will work on an operational support team for Credit Bureau disputes. The team does not do processing, but is primarily focused on building platforms and creating operational efficiencies for the support teams. They are currently working out building out a new standard platform for Credit Bureau products (home and car loans, college loans, etc.)One of the roles is for a candidate that can translate operational efficiencies from both the technical and business sides and make recommendations for improvement. The role will primarily consist of Business Analyst and Process Engineer responsibilities.The other role is for a candidate that can support a design team member that is building out a platform for procedures for the Credit Bureau team.
