Your RoleAs Office Manager at Raise for Good you will be responsible for supporting and managing our internal operations to ensure quality and standards. At Raise for Good, success is defined as on time and with the highest quality, so a keen eye for detail and understanding of how to build processes to help us become more efficient is a must. You will work with our executive team, learn how our business operates from within and continue to improve on established procedures. This role has a lot of opportunity for growth within the organization in the future through operations, client services, marketing, and more.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOperations & Compliance:Manage the organizations HR and legal compliance, own insurance policies, company contracts and company handbook.Manage the company’s file and project management system. Own and help execute playbooks on how the company works and onboard new employees to the system.Ensure technology and communications are best in class.Provide team support for general admin questions and needs.Lead project management of recruitment and ensure new hires are integrated and onboarded onto the team properly.Administration:Accounting: Coding expenses,sending invoices, and ensuring accounting systems are optimized.Reporting: Monthly budget to actual reports, OKR reports, etc.Manage payroll system.Maintain legal registrations and coordinate with the legal team.Own day to day of team culture, ensuring birthdays are celebrated and company-wide retreats are successful.Support executive team in the hiring process of new employees.The ideal candidate:6+ years of experience in managing administrative operations with proven experience managing HR, accounting, and systems.Works in an independent fashion, but enjoys collaboration, solving problems, and making decisions.Demonstrates clear communication skills across various channels and situations.Passionate about finding creative and efficient solutions that are detail oriented.Has effective presentation and writing skills as evidenced by the ability to develop presentations and manage senior-level team members.Is a people-person with a high EQ and positive personality.Has a can do attitude, curious to find solutions, research, and focus on problem solving.Tracking
