Radio Systems would like to hire a Contract – Marketing Budget Analyst for a 6 -12 month assignment. The Contract Program Management Analyst will code, track, prepare budget reports and monitor spend of integrated marketing projects and yearly budgets. This position partners with internal Brand Managers and Marketing Operation Directors to develop and balance marketing program budgets across various business units. This key team member will also be called upon to monitor departmental budgets as well as review proposed budget submissions for accuracy and completeness. The Budget Analyst will be instrumental in maximizing budgeting and spending efficiency for the Marketing Organization. The Marketing Budget Analyst will be an integral part of the ongoing analysis and execution of the Marketing Operations strategy. This means being a key contributor in establishing clear processes, monitoring budgets and vendor performance, supporting Program Managers in the planning and delivery of programs, and being involved in other tactical and strategic initiatives. This position may be remote.

What you will do:

  • Manage the Program Management departmental budgets, vendor relations, and activity management
  • Work with brand marketing teams and categories to understand requirements for work orders, translations, and invoice coding
  • Prepares and maintains budget tracking/status sheets and other reports for projects
  • Be the hub of communication for assigned workstreams and assigned projects – regular contact with internal/external partners
  • Work with outside agencies and other external vendors, in a support capacity, to jointly scope, manage and deliver translations
  • Anticipates risks by tracking and analyzing actual results against historical, budgeted and forecasted results
  • Reconciles all Marketing transactions; partners with finance to ensure accurate accruals and close processes
  • Aides in formalizing and streamlining the presentation of budget progress and performance metrics
  • Manage your assignments – know timings, key milestones, budgets, resourcing, risk
  • Assess the time and impact of changes and communicate to teammates/stakeholders
  • Be a driver in the execution and analysis of the Marketing Operations strategy
  • Management of vendor contracts and negotiations
  • Be ok with change

  • Four-year College/University degree
  • Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
