Job Requirements and Preferences:
-Deep understanding of the Intelligent Automation space, key vendors, and appropriate solutions to a specific client problem
-Hands on solution design & development experience with UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate (Softomotive)
-Experience identifying automation opportunities in a client setting
-Deep understanding of full automation lifecycle from design through support

Demonstrates some knowledge levels and acumen specific to understanding underlying client business problems and developing RPA technology-enabled solutions that addresses the needs of large organizations, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations. Hands on experience in Financial Services with implementation of Robotic and Intelligent Process Automation tools, such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Platform. Deep understanding of cloud based automation platforms and client experience working on at least one.
Demonstrates some proven success and thorough abilities to learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas:
-RPA implementations, including strategy design, business case development, governance, risk.
-Knowledge of economics of RPA ecosystem,
including licensing arrangements and various deployment models;
-Some experience with broader business process re-engineering efforts (Lean, workflow design, etc.);
-Sector based functional knowledge in either Banking and Capital Markets, Insurance, or Asset Management; and,
-Prior consulting experience in Financial Services.
