Our client, a local Financial Services office, is seeking a Receptionist. The Receptionist is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, vendors, telephone calls, and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support office services and the presentation of a professional office. If you have great communication skills, are extremely professional with a strong focus on customer service, then you may be right for this position. Job Duties Manage inbound calls Manage multi-line phone system and voicemail Apply critical thinking to route calls correctly and effectively Greet clients and assist with office visits Take accurate messages and relay them accordingly Maintain office meeting conference room calendars Receives and processes shipments and mail Provides general administrative support to the office as needed Qualifications Experience in answering multi-line phone system Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Must be well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Ability to grow and adapt with changes within the position, as well as the organization Ability to interact with all levels of staff Previous Office Assistant/Receptionist experience in the financial industry, a plus Pay rate $14/$15HRTracking
