The Administrative Assistant will perform a full range of administrative duties to support the team., utilizing Microsoft Office 365 Suite software, event planning, administrative planning, researching a wide variety of information requests, etc. We are looking for somebody with prior experience, supporting large, dispersed teams, in an administrative position. Duties: eview and format according to company standards test reports, evaluation reports, engineering reports and other technical documents drafted by the team in Word, Excel, or Power Point Create, organize and distribute approved documents, spreadsheets, and supporting materials to the team, clients, or certifications bodies esearch a wide variety of information requests for the team, clients, or inter-company personnel May assist with developing, updating, and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/or work instructions Maintaining and organizing the document control system containing regulatory, project, other documents, records, and files, etc. Circulating documents for approval signatures and finalizing documents using Adobe Acrobat for distribution or publication to the team, business partners, clients, certification bodies, or inter-company personnel Perform various general office duties, including faxing, copying, mailing, filing, etc. Other duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or GED Prior administrative experience directly related to the role Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint, OneDrive, and Teams Strong skills in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Visio Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written format Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, organization and time management skills Ability to solve problems and work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames Proof-reading skills, including a proficient understanding of English spelling and grammar A career with Intertek means joining a global network of professionals dedicated to bringing quality and safety to life.
