We are looking for an Accounting / HR & Benefits Administrator for our Massillon Ohio location. You will report to the VP of the company. WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?
Our Accounting/HR administrator performs a wide variety of duties. at the customer’s facility. We are looking for an Accounting / HR & Benefits Administrator for our Massillon Ohio location. You will report to the VP of the company. We offer an incredible benefit package and great company culture. You will be responsible for the following:
Accounts Payable Management
General Ledger coding of invoices, entering invoices/credits, payments, oversee payables,
1099’s, W9’s
Journal entries / account reconciliations / AP corrections as necessary
Banking (wire transfers, ACH transfers, check payments, debit blocks, PosiPay)
Cash control spreadsheet / bank reconciliations
Company Credit Card management (contract, reporting, reconciliation, payment)
Expense report entry / payment by ACH
Annual Reports for 2 locatioms
Travel administrator
Assist with audits (workers comp, year-end accounting, sales tax, unemployment, 401K)
Sales tax-review monthly, submit reports and payments for various states
Fixed Assets – track with Sage software
Headcount tracking for finance and benefits
OSHA yearly reporting
Certificates of Liability requests
Enter and update vendor deposits in Navision
Human Resources and Benefits
Payroll processing
Liaison between companies
Paylocity self-service portal
Shop Vue (time & attendance)
Success Factor (SF) – online employee management tool
New hires, terminations, and employee changes entry
Handle new hires / Orientation & paper work
Handle terminations
Manage PTO via spreadsheets and communication with EE’s
Benefits administrator liaison between companies
Recruitment
Company policies and handbook
Job Descriptions
HR record retention, upkeep of personnel records and files
Projects
Update employee handbook
Move timekeeping system from Shop Vue to Kronos
Move credit card expenses from fixtures to GL accounts

IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU?
Experience in administration of Accounts Payable as defined above.
Experience in benefits admisistration
Experience in HR and payroll administration as described above.
Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
Accounting software experience
Bachelors’ degree in relative discipline highly preferred.
