Regulatory Affairs Attorney for a Managed Long-Term Care Program.
Will handle the activities of the Regulatory Affairs Department, including activities related to contracts, compliance, surveys, audits, investigations, provider network and relations, and other regulatory compliance matters.
Must have the ability to review agreements, compare documents, organize materials, retain details, and track status of projects.
Will be defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing conclusions.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Will be responsible for handling inquiries or complaints. Ability to write responses and recommendations. Investigate incidents and claims and recommend solutions regarding various situations.
Must have two (2) years’ related experience.
Must have Managed Long Term Care Experience.
MS Office required.
Must have Strong analytical skills.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills; Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with external and internal stakeholders.
