Civilian, State and Local
Perspecta’s Civilian, State and Local segment partners with the U.S. Federal Civilian State and Local governments to provide infrastructure services, business solutions, and digital transformation services that help them achieve policy objectives and integrate citizen-centric services.
Provides Tier III technical software, problem resolution for clients by performing problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions and provide expertise to solve technical support issues for end-users of the organization’s products and services. Uses automated information systems to analyze routine situations. Reviews incoming requests, both computer generated and verbal, sort, code and prioritize for proper action. Resolves problems or contacts quickly and efficiently. Supports users by fulfilling individual requests for information and/or training in the utilization of the various software applications available. Conducts technical research to resolve issues as they are presented. Interacts with other team members, such as network services, software engineering, and/or applications development to restore services and/or identify and correct the core problem. Has a headset and answers calls, emails and tickets as they are presented. Position is located in Kearneysville, WV
- Requires High School diploma or 4-5 years customer service experience
- Must be a United States Citizen
- Must have an active Public Trust or be eligible to apply for and obtain.
- Must have a A+ or Sec+ certification
