Office Administrative Assistant Part-Time – Windsor Heights Iowa

Salary: $15.00 – $17.00 per Hour

Responsibilities:

Answer phones

Schedule estimates

Prepare paperwork for upcoming jobs

Call clients to confirm paint colors and upcoming jobs

Return calls as needed

File documents

Generate job costing

Maintain other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

Knowledgeable in Excel

Must have 1+ year of customer service experience, via phones preferred

Organized and proactive

Confident working in a fast-paced environment

Efficient and detail orientated

Positive and friendly

Hours:

Approximately 20 hours/week, hours may vary
