The primary focus on this position will be to manage the Benefits systems and related interactions with team members, HR business partners, payroll, and vendors. Other key responsibilities include Benefits analysis, wellness program administration and occasional support to the Compensation Department.


Running and analyzing daily benefit dashboard processes and reconciling any fall-out
Ensuring Benefits data integrity and timely updates through proper training of field HR, documentation and direct data maintenance.
Processing Benefit interfaces includes running weekly and monthly interfaces for payroll and vendors
Manage the execution of initial and annual benefit enrollment through the benefits systems in an engaging positive experience for team members and HR.
Resolving discrepancy issues with benefit providers related to eligibility data issues.
Resolving benefit issues including handling benefit action items and researching benefit issues though shared responsibility with field HR.
Responsible for 401(k) funding and reconciliation processes
Responsible for HSA and FSA funding and reconciliation processes. Wellness

Lead Wellness program with company Wellness Ambassadors as well as coordination of local wellness challenges and initiatives.
Maintain Wellness website information Compensation

Maintains compensation related databases and systems that support compensation programs throughout the organization, including data entry, and maintenance of HRIS tables and queries.
Assists in the completion of salary surveys, market pricing and labor studies ensuring results adhere to company compensation philosophy.
Assists with preparing, distributing compensation plans and materials and tracking.Tracking
