The Administrative Assistant will support our property and regional managers. The day to day could include preparing weekly graphs and monitoring receipt of weekly reports; preparing regularly scheduled reports (quarterly reports, month end reports, etc.), edit/proof memos, letters, spreadsheets, and correspondence to residents, owners, etc. Additionally, this candidate will carry out administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, making copies, etc. NP Dodge offers a family-friendly, supportive and team-oriented environment.
