Earned Value Management Compliance Analyst 3 Northrop Grumman Aerospace System is seeking an Earned Value Management Compliance Analyst 3 in their Rancho Bernardo, CA facility to support the Business Area in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) performance, compliance, analysis and training. The position requires thorough knowledge of EVMS, EIA Standard 748-D, and the Earned Value Management System Implementation Guide (EVMSIG).
Responsibilities include: providing guidance and coaching to both program and functional staff to identify and resolve complex EVM issues; positively interacting with all levels of personnel; conducting program/CAM EVM surveillance against internal and external requirements and issuing Internal Corrective Action Requests (ICARs) as needed; performing variance analysis and EAC analysis; supporting CAM Teams’ preparation for DCMA surveillance and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
Candidate should have the ability to run EVM data analytics, identify EVM process problems and anomalies, and review Correction Action Plans (CAPs) to ensure EVMS data integrity and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to build professional relationships to support the functional department, CAM teams and Program Managers.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience or Master’s Degree with 4 years’ experience
Experience must be related to cost and/or schedule analysis, including 4 solid years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) analysis
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient understanding of SAP, Cobra, MPM, wInsight or similar cost/schedule systems
Proficient understanding of scheduling processes & terms and Microsoft Project
Familiarity with NGAS Cost and Schedule Management processes and tools
Experience interfacing with government audit agencies such as DCMA and DCAA
Experience interfacing with Internal Audit functions
Security clearance or ability to obtain a clearance
