We have immediate hire preventive maintenance technicians position open for local candidates in the Hillsboro, Oregon area.

Semiconductor experience is highly desired; equivalent technical/mechanical experience or military experience will be considered!

Job Description:

The Preventive Maintenance Technician will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor tools in a cleanroom environment. The range of duties depends on experience and skill level and may include:

  • PM set ups, completion, leak check and quality check
  • Parts receiving, staging and inspection
  • Corrective maintenance
  • Peripheral equipment maintenance
  • Maintain required maintenance logs


  • High School Diploma
    • Ability to pass required drug screening and background check
    • Eligible for badging at the customer site
    • This is a safety sensitive position; ability to maintain the appropriate standards is required
    • Basic computing skills
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
    • High degree of good judgement, work ethic, and initiative
    • Technical/Mechanical work experience
    • Experience with vacuum systems and pumps a plus
    • Ability and willingness to extensively use a respirator during the course of work
    • Ability to walk extensively, bend, climb and lift repeatedly throughout the day; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the work day
    • Ability to work compressed work week, 12 hour shifts on a 4/3 day per week rotation; nights and day shifts available.
