With a patient centered culture, the RN Cardiology Outcomes Analyst will provide a positive experience to our patients through working closely with the physicians and clinical leaders of the Cardiovascular and Cardiothoracic surgery department to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement process improvement to drive clinical excellence.
Minimum Education Requirement: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing required. BSN preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirement: Two years of clinical experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab, Cath Lab Pre Post or Echo/Stress is preferred. Clinical chart review and abstraction experience required. Must have acquired the knowledge/skills for data entry into various databases and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrates specific knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and equipment/supplies utilized during those procedures. Demonstrates clinical knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and diseases related to cardiac registries. Ability to interact with all members of the cardiovascular and cardiothoracic team and administrative staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Minimum License Requirement: Active West Virginia RN license
